Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel is raising the standard for events by installing a new, high-tech LED screen in its Grand Chambray Ballroom, in line with government strategies to promote the MICE industry.
Already one of Bangkok’s most popular venues for events, Avani Sukhumvit continues to be a pioneer in the space with this new addition to its suite of available technology, and further broadens the hotel’s capabilities for hosting diverse functions with world-class visual displays.
The new screen, located in the hotel’s 500-square-metre, pillarless ballroom, measures 10 metres by 5.5 metres and has a 16:9 aspect ratio and 4k resolution, allowing for cinema-quality images from every angle. Its 7680 Hz refresh rate ensures a fluid display suitable for screenings of film, animation and other visuals. Additionally, LED displays’ energy efficiency, longevity, and precise light control make them perfect for green events, aiding energy conservation efforts.
In celebration of the new screen, Avani Sukhumvit is currently offering a full-day meeting package including a selection of juices and four coffee break items, or a meal package (dinner or lunch), which includes a food station and welcome drink. Packages start at THB 1,399 net per person. This special promotion requires a minimum of 150 participants.?Event confirmation and deposit payment are required by 30 June 2024 and consumed by 31 August 2024* (Terms and conditions applied).
