This collaboration introduces the most innovative 4K LED screen, the largest in Thailand, to Mega Cineplex, elevating the standard of entertainment to a new level of clarity and realism. With the launch of the ‘LG Miraclass LED Cinema,’ a groundbreaking movie theater experience, it is set to open for service starting March 8th, 2024, at Mega Cineplex Bangna.

This time, we have partnered with LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to introduce the largest and most advanced LED screen innovation in Thailand. This cutting-edge technology will be featured at Mega Cineplex Bangna movie theater. In addition, LG has also collaborated as the naming sponsor for the launch of the “LG Miraclass LED Cinema,” a new and must-try cinematic experience. The theater is set to open for service on March 8, 2024.
LG Miraclass LED Cinema, situated at Cinema 6 on the 2nd floor of Mega Bangna department store, features the capacity to accommodate 216 seats, making it the largest LED-screen movie theater in Thailand. With a screen size of 14 meters in width and 7 meters in height, it offers clear 4K images and supports HDR (High Dynamic Range). Its LED screen technology delivers ultra-realistic images that support color gamut more than double the standard of the industry, boasting 35 trillion color shades compared to the 16 trillion color shades on traditional screens. Additionally, the brightness is sharp and consistent across the entire screen, ensuring an optimal viewing experience from any seat within the movie theater. LG’s innovative LED movie screens, with a lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours, ensure that the LG Miraclass LED Cinema consistently delivers a bright, clear picture at every showing.
Moreover, the newly launched theater is also the first LED-screen movie theater in Thailand to fully support Dolby Atmos, the latest surround audio system technology that provides a three-dimensional sound experience from 360 degrees, superior to conventional surround sound systems. The sound system offers dimensions of sound projecting from above through overhead speakers mounted on the ceiling, delivering the most realistic effects such as rain, thunder, or airplane sounds. Each speaker operates independently, enhancing the clarity of sound direction.
With its outstanding picture and sound quality, it is anticipated that the LG Miraclass LED Cinema at Mega Cineplex will be well-received by all customers.
