Paessler Felicitates Its Top Resellers in Indonesia and Thailand

Paessler, the IT monitoring experts, recognized their leading resellers in the region — PT. Daya Cipta Mandiri Monitoring in Indonesia and Network365 in Thailand for their pivotal role in strengthening Paessler’s APAC growth trajectory in 2022. The resellers were recognized at Paessler’s Asia Pacific Partner of the Year Award 2022 ceremony, which aims to celebrate and recognize their achievements and contributions towards strengthening Paessler PRTG’s brand and businesses in the region.

For FY22, PT. Daya Cipta Mandiri Monitoring (Indonesia) won the Technical Excellence Value-Added Reseller Award. This award recognizes resellers who demonstrate Paessler PRTG’s technical creativity and innovation in their approach to solving customer challenges. PT. Daya Cipta Mandiri Monitoring achieved this by driving a holistic, well-rounded strategy that humanized the solution and made it relatable to the end user. Customer training on IT/OT and webinars that enhanced engagement through subject matter experts helped improve market awareness and demonstrated product impact. Over the past year, PT. Daya Cipta Mandiri Monitoring has had key customer wins in the enterprise, telco, and financial sectors, which is timely given the country’s tremendous growth in these sectors.

Network365 (Thailand) bagged the Top Growth Value-Added Reseller award, which recognizes those who achieved the fastest growth in 2022 and established themselves as an asset to their customers. Network365 achieved key customer wins in the government, education, commercial/enterprise, telcos, and SME sectors. With a 150% YoY growth and the fact that Network365 exceeded its sales target by 28%, the reseller also achieved a Gold Partner tier for the 2022 financial year.

Over the next few years, Paessler aims to increase its presence and market share in the APAC region. Today, around 70% of Paessler’s business in APAC is contributed by the channel ecosystem, which is what makes them crucial to Paessler’s growth plans; more than 20 active partners in the region continue to achieve strong business milestones.
