Kubix has debuted the DESTINY TOKEN – the first Thai digital token for investment in the form of the “Love Destiny The Movie” film production project under the cooperative effort of GDH 559 Co., Ltd. Ms. Apinya Ruangthaveekoon, Managing Director of Kubix Digital Asset Co., Ltd. said after getting approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate a full-fledged ICO Portal business, Kubix has teamed up with GDH and Broadcast Thai Television to submit a white paper for offering DESTINY TOKEN of the “Love Destiny The Movie” film. The offering of DESTINY TOKEN is now under consideration of the SEC, and the ICO will take place once the project is approved, with purchase of the digital tokens to be made via Kubix application.
Investors may select to purchase DESTINY TOKENS available in three types, i.e., the ‘I am Glad Token’ priced at 5,559 Baht/token with 15,559 tokens; the ‘I am Delighted Token’ priced at 155,559 Baht/token with 459 tokens; and the ‘I am Happy Token’ priced at 1,555,559 Baht/token with 69 tokens. All in all, a total of 16,087 tokens will be available to the general public, with more than 265 million Baht in funds mobilized and an investment period of up to two years. Token holders will receive a base return of 2.99 percent each year plus an extra 2.01 percent per year when the “Love Destiny The Movie” film achieves at least 1 billion Baht in box office earnings nationwide. Additionally, investors may access other benefits such as a sneak preview of “Love Destiny The Movie”, their name in the closing credits as a Special Destiny Executive Producer, plus a special collection of film memorabilia.
