Krungsri emphasizes its leadership in Digital Lending by unveiling the new Krungsri iFIN under the concept of “download, upload, receive, achieve” where non-Krungsri customers can also apply for loan and get the approval result online within a day

Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) is moving forward with its customer-centric strategy and building upon Digital Lending innovation by launching the new enhanced Krungsri iFIN personal loan service. It was developed to make it easier even for non-Krungsri customers to apply online without collaterals required under the concept of “download, upload, receive, achieve”. Customers can download Krungsri Mobile Application (KMA), submit a loan application, and get the approval result within 1 working day once the Bank received complete application form and supporting documents via KMA.

Mr. Sant Thaosuwan, Krungsri Senior Vice President, Head of Personal Loan Division said, “Krungsri aims to innovate financial products and services by putting customers at the heart of the development and is ready to become a leader in digital lending by developing financial products that meet the needs of customers in the digital age. Especially in the current situation where the COVID-19 outbreak is still critical, visits to branches or face-to-face meetings may not be convenient. However, the needs for transactions and applications for loans from the bank remain. Recently, we have transformed Krungsri iFIN to be 100% online personal loan application service and adapted the NDID verification to the loan approval process. Not only this new service gives convenience to customers, it also makes customers feel secured while using our service. Customers can do 100% online transactions without the requirement to be Krungsri customers; anyone with a smartphone with qualifications that match our criteria can apply for Krungsri iFIN loan through Krungsri Mobile Application (KMA) conveniently. We believe this will be the new standard for digital lending in the New Normal era.”

This newly developed Krungsri iFIN gives customers more freedom than before in the aspect of applying for an online personal loan by themselves from beginning to end, without requiring applicants’ previous bank statements at Krungsri. It increases convenience in the loan application on Krungsri Mobile Application (KMA). Therefore, customers can apply for the service everywhere with a smartphone, which is more convenient and saves time and cost as per the concept “download, upload, receive, achieve”. The applicants only need to download Krungsri Mobile Application (KMA), fill in personal information, give consent, verify through the NDID or Krungsri i-CONFIRM service, and submit supporting documents for approval via their smartphones, with no hassles of involving guarantors or collaterals. The applicants can check the status of their applications through Krungsri Mobile Application (KMA), know the approval result, and receive the loan via Krungsri online account opening, all within 1 working day once the Bank received complete application forms and supporting documents on KMA. Most importantly, there is no service fee while the interest rate offered is reduced from the normal rate by as much as 3%.
